After submitting a request for a quote online or over the phone, you can expect to hear back from us within 1-3 business days.
For in-stock items, expect 2-7 days to receive your items.
The average turnaround time for backordered items is 7-10 business days, with the exception of holidays.
Yes! We have a variety of in-stock label samples. Please contact us directly to request a sample kit or catalog. Due to the cost of dies and plates, we can not provide samples for custom labels without a purchase order.
Once you have finalized your custom label design and would like to place an order, you may submit your order to our customer service desk at: service@fsilabel.com or by phone. The order will be processed and subsequently, plates and/or tooling will be ordered. Once we have obtained artwork, it will be submitted to you to proof. Once artwork has been approved, it will then be forwarded to the platemakers to create a plate, unless it is being printed digitally. Once all artwork, plates and tooling have been received, the order will be scheduled for production.
Shipping
We ship by UPS, DHL, FedEx/Express Worldwide, USPS, or by other commercial carriers of your choice. All shipments are well packaged and insured. Duties and fees imposed by customs may apply. The applicable charge will be based on the value and/or gross weight, and may differ according to the commodity. You will be billed for all duties and fees. Fees are implemented by the customs broker or agent for its services.
Yes. There is a supplemental shipping charge for only those products that were not included in the first shipment.
Yes, orders may be picked up at our shipping warehouse located at: 6227 136th Ave, Holland, MI if arranged in advance.
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Payment
Invoices are typically sent out within 3 – 5 business days after the order is shipped, and are sent via email, fax, mail, or any other preferred option of your choice.
After you receive the invoice, your card will be charged within 2 – 3 business days and a receipt will be sent to you immediately afterwards.
