After submitting a request for a quote online or over the phone, you can expect to hear back from us within 1 to 3 business days.

New account credit applications are required to be filled out by clients who would like to apply for credit terms with our company. (The 1st order is done with a credit card due to the possible delayed responses from the credit references.)

You can find our marketing promotions on our website (generally on the page that the promotion applies to) and on our Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter social media accounts.

After you receive the invoice, your card will be charged within 2-3 business days and a receipt will be sent to you.

Invoices are typically sent out within 3-5 business days after the order is placed and are sent out via email, fax, mail, or any other preferred option of your choice. Simply let us know what method you and your company prefer.

There is no additional shipping charge for back-ordered items, only the shipping fees originally applied to the order.

The average turnaround time for back-ordered items is 7-10 business days with the exception of holidays.

FSI Label Co. produces labels using Mark Andy flexographic and digital printing presses, as well as thermal label printers.

For in-stock items, expect 2 to 7 days to receive your items. Custom label orders will vary depending on the complexity of the project.

In order to start the custom label process, contact us or request a free quote online expressing the details of the label(s).

We ship by UPS, LIPS, DHL, FedEx/Express Worldwide, or by other commercial carriers of your choice. All shipments are well packaged and insured. Duties and fees imposed by customs may apply. The applicable charge will be based on the value and/or gross weight and may differ according to the commodity. You will be billed for all duties and fees. Fees are implemented by the customs broker or agent for its services.

Yes, orders may be picked up from our shipping warehouse located at 6227 136th Ave. in Holland, Michigan if arranged in advance.

Yes! We have a variety of in-stock label samples, please contact us directly if you would like us to send you a sample kit. Due to the cost of dies and plates, we can not provide samples for custom labels without a purchase order.
